Ophthalmologists

Usman Khan is a qualified physician from the University of Copenhagen and is a specialist in eye diseases. After his training as an ophthalmologist, he subspecialised in medical eye diseases and cataract surgery. He was then employed as a senior physician and clinical associate professor at Rigshospitalet. For the last 3 years he has worked as an eye surgeon at the Scandinavian Eye Center. In addition to his daily work in the clinic, he loves teaching and is also an examiner at the European Ophthalmology Examination in Paris (FEBO).

Henriette is a team leader for the eye nurses. For many years, Henriette has worked in the field of eye surgery in both hospital eye departments and in various private clinics.

Christina is an optician specializing in vision assessment for refractive surgery. This includes both cataract surgery and operations to achieve glasses-free vision.

Mette brings more than 10 years of experience from another private eye clinic and has great insight into patient referrals and planning appointments during treatment.

Hadi Kjærbo is the founder and owner of the clinic. He is a trained ophthalmologist and one of the absolute leaders in vision surgery and cataract surgery. Among other things, Hadi Kjærbo has been the head of the Region's cataract team and worked abroad (USA). Hadi Kjærbo has extensive experience with both cataract surgery and vision correction procedures and has performed more than 50,000 operations.

Ophthalmologists

Nina is a trained ophthalmologist with a PhD from the University of Copenhagen and has been employed at Rigshospitalet for 14 years, the last five years as head of the team behind laser treatment of myopia and other refractive errors and as part of the cataract team. Nina now performs the same operations as an eye surgeon at the Scandinavian Eye Center. In addition to her work at the Scandinavian Eye Center, Nina Jacobsen has also contributed to research, among other things, within myopia.

You will meet Louise at the reception and on the phone. She guides and advises patients to the right consultation. Louise has many years of experience in the service industry.
